The building consists of 158 suite apartment tower and 9,300 m2 office tower on top of a 5,580 m2 retail podium and two (2) levels of underground parking garage.
The mechanical systems include central heating and cooling plants for each tower consisting of a centrifugal high efficiency chiller, high efficiency boilers, duplex pumps with variable speed drives, central air handling units with variable speed drives and variable terminal devices.
The retail spaces are served from the central heating and cooling plants with 4-pipe fan coil units with free cooling economizer controls for each space.
The electrical systems include primary service from Hydro Ottawa to an internal vault, 3,000A, 600/347V, addressable fire alarm, door entry system, energy efficient lighting and controls, data/telephone/cablevision infrastructure.
Sustainable features include low flow plumbing fixtures, storm water retention, high efficiency equipment, and variable frequency drives.
The office building has been designed to meet LEED Silver.
