15,000 m2 base building renovation and fit-up of the heritage building for House of Commons including executive suites for Members of Parliament, private offices, meeting rooms, print shop, cafeteria, main server rooms, and LAN rooms. The building mechanical & electrical systems respected the heritage aspects including specialty custom pendant lighting, customized ventilation grilles and diffusers; humidification controls is carefully monitored to preserve the heritage exteriors; new control automation system optimizes mechanical & electrical system operation while minimizing energy consumption.
